1. 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@1eyofficial.com with your:

Photo of the item (if defective) Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24–48 hours.

3. Exchanges (Size & Fit)
Since our drops are Limited Edition, we cannot always guarantee that your preferred size will be in stock for an exchange.
If the size is available, we will swap it for you once we receive the original item.
If the size is sold out, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we apologize! Please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for replacements in these cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized Freestyles: As these are custom digital assets created specifically for you, they are non-refundable.
Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a “Final Sale” event are not eligible for return.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
